Get BENT at Crucible Brewing - Yoga and Beer!
Add a little Om to your foam! Join us for a gentle beginner Hatha yoga class (all levels welcome). Brought to you by Everett's newest yoga studio BENT yoga co. and hosted at the Crucible Brewing - Everett Foundry!!! We Beer and Yoga!
What is Hatha? The translation means Sun and Moon. Balance.
Hatha is a thousands year old practice of balance and moving meditation. We will focus on a mind, body, and breath connection while moving thru a 26 posture series, holding each asana (pose) for 10 seconds to 1 minute.

Just $20.00 will get you into the class and a pint of delicious Crucible Beer!
== What youll need ==
+ A Yoga Mat (We have 13 for rent. Just $2 to rent one or bring your own)
+ A Small Towel.
+ Water Bottle
Wear something comfortable and easy to move around in.
Class will be followed up with a pint of your favorite Crucible brew.
