Diane Hoffman will help celebrate her Birthday by gifting the audience with such personal favorites as: Old Devil Moon, I Walk A Little Faster, Too Close For Comfort. CD samplings include never before recorded compositions by the late Anita Darian along with such gems as Mad About the Boy, Do I Love You, Small Day Tomorrow, I'm Gonna Go Fishin'.
DIANE HOFFMAN is a multi-faceted talent: A Jazzy hard swinging singer and an accomplished painter. She earned a BFA from California College of Art and Crafts. She has exhibited extensively in Mexico, Canada and the United States. For well over twenty five years, she has been igniting audiences with her emotionally charged singing. She is blessed with a rich textured voice, keen rhythm, original phrasing and a natural feel for jazz and blues. Her often unique repertoire is informed by her painter's passion for narrative, tone and balance.

Downtown's intimate supper-club Pangea is the ultimate in alt, playing home to some of the best in alt cabaret. The New York Times recently called it a bohemian oasis not unlike the fabled Max's Kansas City from days gone by."
