Juke Box Stories:The Case of the Creamy Foam
After a critically acclaimed six-week run in Berkeley and a smashing east coast tour, Jukebox Stories makes its Minnesota premiere. A Bryant-Lake Bowl intern has been murdered, and the only clue is a full pint of beer. It is up to the audience to solve the case by finding clues in stories by writer Prince Gomolvilas and songs by musician Brandon Patton, which are performed in random order. All the while the audience competes for fabulous prizes that get increasingly crappy as the evening progresses. The East Bay Express called it "political, personal, funny, biting, sad, raunchy, and above all honest." The Oakland Tribune called it "fun, fresh, and decidedly untheatrical." Imagine a remake of the Hardy Boys starring David Sedaris and Flight of the Conchords. Please call our box office at 612.825.8949 for additional info including ticket availability and discounts.
