Vegetable Diseases and Pest Problems
This class is for farmers, market gardeners, or anyone growing a garden. $25 per person Tuesday July 17th 9am-12pm
WSU Diagnostician Jenny Glass will present about:
-Effective diagnostic techniques -Interpreting symptoms and signs of disease -General understanding of different pathogen groups -Life cycles of common pests -Life cycles of common diseases
This class is not intended to be an exhaustive analysis of all pests/diseases affecting every vegetable grown in the NW, but focused on training the grower to become a more effective diagnostician in the field. No plant pathology background or microscope required.
