Joyful Awakening: Meditation, Embodiment, Expression
Silent practices and expressive practices enhance one another; in concert they quiet the mind, calm the heart, give rise to insight, and also release our wildness.
The day will include stillness, movement, easy improv games and storytelling which together form a fully embodied spiritual practice. Develop presence, enhance your capacity for spontaneity, have fun, and leave with tools you can apply to your personal and professional lives.
