LSPAC Summer Theater Academy 2018
Ages 6 - 14
Focused two week course covering the basics of character development, voice control and projection, stage movement, dialects, make-up, costuming, improvisation and the other elements that go into performing live theater.
Activities include theater games, activities, and guest speakers.
At the conclusion of the academy, students will stage and perform the play 'The Skokie Detective Charter School'.
Hours are 8:30 to 3:30 daily, Monday through Friday.
Attendees should bring a packed lunch and snack.
Home schoolers can receive academic credit for their participation.
Cost $200 for the two week session. Enroll now, slots are limited.
