RESENTATION: QUALITY CONTROL, ASSURANCE and VERIFICATION in SERVICES and CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS. Learn how the Federal Government contract requirements are designed, inspected and paid with respect to quality in this informative presentation. Discover how random sampling inspection procedures can be used in both services, maintenance, repair and large construction contracts.
PRESENTER: Terry L. Borne, PE, CCP
Terry has over 30+ years experience in Federal contracts serving in Public Works and several US Army Corps of Engineers offices as a Project Engineer/manager and supervisor. He is a Washington State Professional Engineer, an AACEI Certified Cost Professional and a Seattle Section member. Terry graduated from Indiana Institute of Technology with a Civil Engineering degree and has an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Technology. He has retired from Government service and is now President of Cost Engineering Consultants, Inc., a veteran owned business.

COST:
The member price for this event is $32.00 if you register before 12:00 Noon on the Monday immediately preceding the meeting; late registration is $37.00.
Non-members price is $39.00 before 12:00 Noon on the Monday immediately preceding the meeting, and $45.00 thereafter.
Please note that registration will be closed Monday, June 11th, at 8:00 pm.
A very limited of first come first served meals will be available at the door.
MENU:
Alder Smoked Salmon with Horseradish Cream, Tender London Broil, and Vegetarian (requires one week advance notice).

The AACE Seattle Section must pay for all meals that are ordered. If you RSVP that you will attend, you are responsible for the bill of your meal. AACE Seattle Section meets the 2nd Thursday of each month from September through May (excluding December). Each meeting with a technical presentation qualifies for .25 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) towards your CCP/CEP/CFCC/DRMP/EVP/PSP recertification requirements.
