Italian Kitchen Essentials Cooking Class
Join Bar Toma's Chef Di Cucina Erik Freeberg for our next interactive cooking class focused on the Italian Kitchen Essentials. Chef Erik will be your guide on the ins-and-outs of the products needed for the perfect Italian kitchen. Guests of the class will taste their way through identifying good vs. bad olive oils, real vs. imitation balsamic vinegar, the differences between flours, fresh vs. aged cheeses and more. Guests will also enjoy a "Pantry-Raid," a hands-on approach to Italian canned and jarred items every pantry should have and how to easily create dishes from them for entertaining at the drop of a hat. The class would not be complete with a tasting of accessible and essential Italian wines.
Join us on Saturday, March 16 from 1:30 p.m. 3:30 p.m. at Bar Toma. Cost is $45 per person. Reserve your spot now as space is limited.
