Exhibition Kitchen
The Brick Kitchen Project is proudly organising an exhibition event in Clerkenwell.
The event is open to all to experience natural, sustainable and seasonal food; infusions and alcohol; curated by the brilliant people at the project.
A tasting list of the season will be cooked for everyone with an explanation of the ideas and inspiration behind the food.
There will be sustainable fish, wild meat, foraged plants and real bread to eat, enjoy and learn about.
The Project Kitchen Opens at 6pm; Eating at 7pm; and natural discussion through to 10pm.
The Brick Kitchen is a social food project; established to engage; nourish and inspire.
Social, educational and non-profit.
Places for the event are non-refundable.
