Hatful of Rain play Titchfield Parish Room
Hatful of Rain are a British roots music band, playing traditional and original songs and tunes with an American influence. Formed in 2010, they have released 2 successful albums of their own material and an EP of traditional songs - with airplay on BBC Radio2. They combine banjo, fiddle, double bass, mandolin and guitar to set the scene for full throttle tunes and songs of everyday life and heart wrenching ballads of love and loss. They enjoy playing round a single microphone inspired by musicians of the 1940s, to give a warm and engaging sound - as if all playing together in the kitchen. Their brand new album Somgs of the lost and found is released 1st July 2018.
