Bruce Foster -- This "Army Brat" was born while his father was stationed in Madison, WI, then growing up in Baltimore, Hawaii, DC, San Antonio, Germany.
Finally ending up in Illinois where he went to the U of I. A guitar showed up somewhere while in Germany a Framus 12-string to be exact, which sent the young Bruce Foster down the wandering trail of folk/pop that would evolve into Americana.
