Masters of Living Energy and the Seven Levels:
The Q'ero people live high in the Peruvian Andes, the direct descendants of the Inka. They are farmers, weavers and natural cosmologists. Embedded within their rich oral tradition through countless generations is an elegant, deeply practical and potentially life-changing understanding of the cosmos and our place in it. They understand seven levels of spiritual development, each one directly connected with specific elements in nature, from your local hill, stream or river right up to the black holes todays astrophysicists are only beginning to comprehend. According to this cosmology, we stand today at the threshold between a level characterised by fear and doubt and one embodying love and faith. The Inka developed a set of beautiful techniques and ceremonies to aid the transition to this level.

Elizabeth B Jenkins:
Best-selling author, teacher and farmer Elizabeth Jenkins has spent nearly 30 years with the greatest masters of the Inka tradition and is herself a very accomplished healer in the tradition, as well as a licensed psychotherapist. She has written four hugely successful books on the Inka and their traditions, some of which have been translated into 24 different languages. She leads life-changing expeditions to the Peruvian Andes and is in very high demand throughout Europe and the United States. In 2004 she developed a partnership with the Native Hawaiian Kahuna on Big Island, Hawaii, where she lives with her husband and two sons running an organic farm and is a living embodiment of the Fourth Level.
