Dave Sharp Worlds Quartet +1 at Johnny's Speakeasy
Bassist, composer and band-leader Dave Sharp and his new WORLDS QUARTET make their debut at Johnny's Speakeasy to present their blend of Arabic, Eastern European and world music influenced original compositions. Recognized in the Jazz Times 2010 Critics Poll, the Dave Sharp WORLDS QUARTET masterfully blends rhythms, sounds, and textures from across the globe. This evening of "World Jazz" music will feature Dave Sharp on Electric and Upright Bass, Igor Houwat on Oud, Henrik Karapetyan on violin and Mike List on percussion, with special guest Elden Kelly on guitar and glissentar. Compositions from the new Dave Sharp Worlds Quartet CD release DELTA will be featured for this unique concert performance.

Doors open at 7 pm Show starts at 8 pm
This show will require using the shuttle service provided by Johnnys Speakeasy to and from the show.
Please drop your passenger(s) off at Johnnys where they can secure seats; then drive back to Plum Market and wait for the shuttle back.
Plum Market is located in the Maple Village Shopping Center at the corner of Maple & Dexter.
It will be running from 7 p.m. until after the show.
