Wines and Cheeses: Old World VS New
In the romantic setting of the greenhouse at The Outside In in Piermont, NY, you will learn about how the cheeses and wines of the Old World became transformed as they hit the shores of this new nation. Cheese monger Jessica Kesselman will offer a sampling of delicious cheeses and explain their evolution, for example, a camembert from France vs. a camembert from California! Partnering with Jessica will be local wine guru, Joe Printz, of The Grape D'Vine who will provide and explain delectable wines that pair with each selection of cheese.
