Sherry 101 with Dennis Fassett
Learn all about the history, production and use of Sherry from the knowledgeable and charming Dennis Fassett as he guides you through tasting eight different Sherries and Brandies from the House of Lustau.
Come take a virtual trip to southern Spain for a tour of lovely Jerez! We will talk Solera systems, Criaderas, Flor and the importance of the Palomino grape and the land it is grown on. This will be a very extensive class, packed with information, but the good news is we will be tasting while learning. We will also take a look at and learn a little bit about the Brandies de Jerez and have a little special treat to finish up with. Hope to see you all there for a fun afternoon full of delicious fortified wines. 21 and over, please.
