Meredith Davis Live

Nashville native, Meredith Davis Johnson, started pursuing music at an early age. She began playing piano in Kindergarten and taught herself guitar at the age of 11. She began her singing career in church and continues to draw her passion for music from her spiritual roots.

Meredith has performed at various venues, weddings, local events and restaurants for approximately seven years. She won 1st place in Nash Arts annual Nash Countys Got Talent competition in 2012, instructs guitar as part of Nash Arts annual summer camp programming, has performed on Nash Arts stage as part of their Minor Concert Series as well as the Business & Professional Womens Clubs annual Nashville Opry, and has also appeared in the Blooming Festival on the mainstage as well as the homegrown stage (formerly hosted at Nash Arts) in support of the community and Nash Arts.

A graduate of East Carolina University, Meredith is a Board Certified Music Therapist and is currently living in Rocky Mount with her husband, Davis, where she teaches guitar and piano lessons and is practicing Music Therapy.
