TOAST OF THE TOWN - COAST TO COAST - PNW MEETS ILM
Join us in welcoming Salem, Oregon Chef Jonathan Jones on his return visit to the Port City at the newly opened Soif de Vin Wine Bar. Chef Jonathan will be bringing with him a lovely lineup of wines from the award winning Cristom Vineyards where Jones has collaborated on many fine wine dinners in their beautiful vineyard with his food truck Prologue Pastries as well as served as their harvest chef. The five course tasting menu will be prepared family style and will feature Cristom's Estate Pinot Gris, Rose, and Viognier, Mt. Jefferson Cuvee Pinot Noir, and their Estate Pinot Noir. Chef Jones talent, attention to detail, and flair for the creative will be perfectly showcased against this amazing lineup of Oregon wines.
