The Love Markets at Jewelbox: Sat June 16
The Love Markets return to Jewelbox Theater! Don't miss this one-night-only performance by the acclaimed Weimar Berlin-inspired band that Seattle Magazine calls "Irresistible... A deliciously dark carnival."
Led by songwriter Angie Louise and inspired by the artists of 1920s Berlin, The Love Markets inject high-stakes edge and cabaret decadence into their modern mashup of bordello brass, political bite, sinuous rhythm and funky bass, luring you down alleys haunted by pulp heroines and into speakeasies brimming with subversion. Lift your glass to their songs of love and revolution from your candlelit table inside the historic circa-1932 Jewelbox Theater, where you'll enjoy service at your table with all the offerings of a full bar and dinner menu created by the Rendezvous' award-winning chef.
Show starts at 8:30 pm; doors open at 8. There will be a brief intermission.
The Jewelbox Theater is 21+.
