Artichoke's Artistic Director takes the stage for a fun night of collaboration with friends. Beautiful songs, lovely harmonies, old favorites and new offerings, all to support the important work of Artichoke Community Music. Please join us for a heartfelt evening of song and community.

Alexa MacDonald is a singer/songwriter, an editor, and a fiber artist. Since coming to Portland and becoming involved with Artichoke she has played the Artichoke stage many times, but this is the first time she has created a Saturday-night concert to showcase her music and that of her close friends.

Special guest Meg Bohrman comes from Arizona where she and Alexa played together many times at Folk Sessions events. A music therapist and all-around outstanding musician and accordion player, Meg's infectious humor and sparkle will lift every heart.
