Seasonal Wellness: Herbs for Colds and Flu
With cold and flu season just around the corner now is a great time to create some herbal strategies. This class will focus on the place those pesky critters often invade, the respiratory system, and how we can use herbs when illness strikes. We will start with a brief overview of how the respiratory system works, and then go into the basic of herbal energetics. This will give us the tools to discuss different types of illness and how we can work with different herbs to bring the body back in balance. We will then put all this together with the creation of a tasty cough syrup for folks to take home.
