Women Rising : Empowerment Through Body Awareness
Feminine energy is rising around the world and we are syncing together to create empowered change. We feel it, that whispering voice that says there is more to life than we are currently living. We feel the call to protect our Earth and Mother Nature. We are making deep enquiries into our lives and feeling our minds awakening.
Unfortunately we live in a patriarchal society that does not often value the cyclical nature of women. Our intuition and voices can be suppressed by others and ourselves. We deny our shadow self and can wear a mask to hide our true nature.
In this workshop we will be gathering in a safe and non-judgemental space to reconnect to our feminine power through movement and meditation. I will be speaking about our cycle and how connecting to the changes in our body we can receive wisdom and intuition. We will be learning about our shadow selves and owning our darker sides. We will be coming into our bodies with movement and receiving a healing meditation to ground our learnings.

Amanda is a Life Coach, Women's Circle and Workshop facilitator, Reiki practitioner and Shamanic Journey Guide.
Amanda's life purpose is to help others and she is able to live this mission everyday in her coaching and healing work. All treatments she offers share the same principle: taking care of the person as a whole, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
In addition to being a qualified life coach and healer, she is actively involved in neighborhood, civic, community and social issues.
She hosts monthly Sacred Women's Circles, Womens Empowerment Workshops and Shamanic Drum Journeys.
