Belly Dance Showcase featuring Leila Farid

Special guest Leila Farid performed in Cairo for over a decade, dancing for everyone from dignitaries and royalty to everyday people, in top nightclubs, films, music videos, and more. We have the very special opportunity to see her live right here in Portland, ME!
Leila will be joined by soloists from all around the US performing in many different styles. We'll also have live music by the Dark Follies band--so you'll get to experience the joy of improvised Middle Eastern music and dance, created in the moment!
