Join Pink Tractor Farm and Dragon's Head Cider for a farm to table dinner at Dragon's Head tasting room.
Partnering with Dragon's Head and The Lodges on Vashon, the Pink Tractor Farm and Chef/Farmer Dave Hatfield will bring to the table all that is fresh and bountiful from the farm and the island.
A little bit about Pink Tractor Farm:
Pink Tractor Farm is located in the lush paradise valley of Vashon Island just a stones throw from the famous Minglements Coffee house, the birthplace of Seattle's Best Coffee. Old growth apple trees, wild nettle and blackberry patches, and roaming pheasants are a common sight among the verdant rolling farmland. PTF grows a variety of organic heirloom produce as well as raising free range ducks, geese, turkeys, chickens, heritage Tamworth hogs, Jersey cattle and Lambs.
A little bit about Dragon's Head: At Dragons Head Cider, our award winning ciders are made with a traditional approach, which means you will never find us using apple juice concentrate, over sweetening our ciders, or adding other flavors to our ciders. We love the story that apples and pears can tell all by themselves. And so we keep it simple. Press high quality fruit, ferment the juice, put it in a bottle. We believe one of the keys to creating great cider is to have control over the entire process.
