THERE'S MUSIC IN THE AIR
The Marcus Mosely Chorale's spring concert, Theres Music in the Air, will take place at Highlands United Church in Edgemont Village on Saturday, May 26th at 7:30 p.m.
Spring is known as a time of hope and renewal, explains Marcus Mosely, the Artistic Director of the Chorale. Music is a method of sharing and celebrating that hope. Were seeing a lot of tragedy in the world around us; but were also seeing communities of strangers band together to work for a better day - whether its young people fighting for gun control, or a nation in solidarity with a small town that lost their hockey team in a terrible accident. Actions make all of the difference, and in our case, Gospel music is a wonderful way to help celebrate that commitment to and determination for a brighter day.
