Immersion in Wild Nature: Awaken. Heal. Create.
A THREE DAY IMMERSION IN THE MAJESTIC BERWYN MOUNTAINS, NORTH WALES
LED BY MASTER INKA TEACHER AND BEST SELLING AUTHOR ELIZABETH B JENKINS

Thursday 26th to Sunday 29th July 2018

NEWSFLASH! Elizabeth writes: "With this increase in the ring of fire activity that began on our Island in May--like so many of you, I have been in deep communion with Pele. Pele, like many of our Peruvian Apus, was once a powerful human Priestess who wished to continue to serve her people and imbued her spiritual essence into the lava. I will tell this full story at our seminars. If you wish, Pele has asked me to give her Qarpay to all of our seminar participants. It is the Qarpay of complete and utter destruction of the old to make way for "material from depth" our deeper authentic selves, and to remake ourselves from the molten core of pure spiritual fire within us. She, along with mother rainbow is one of the rare Nature beings who connects all three worlds! I am deeply honored to offer this."

This is an extraordinary opportunity to receive initiation of Mama Pele, Volcano-Being of the Big Island of Hawai'i; if it calls to you please act now.

Over these three days we will encounter and engage with the innate powers and guidance of nature beings such as the mountain, tree, rock and river spirits. We'll learn and practice skills from the Inka tradition, preserved in the Andes for hundreds of years, where they are still practiced to weave harmony between man and nature.

In particular we will work with the 'water vapour beings of light' of the waterfall, known to the Inka as the Phausi Runa. The cascade at Pistyll Rhaeadr is the tallest in Wales - a unique place where we can connect directly with the Phausi Runa, renowned by the Inka for playing a key role in unlocking our creative potential. Even if you don't consider yourself a writer or an artist, it is for each of us to explore our potential through creative expression, so this opportunity to meet the Phausi Runa is perfectly timed!

This is a fully-catered, expertly-guided retreat where you will:
- learn the Inka skills to move and transform energy for greater harmony
- develop and practice your skills both individually and as a group
- engage with living Nature spirits for guidance, inspiration and healing
- unwind from the pressures of the everyday by renewing connection with nature
- give your energy system a powerful reboot and upgrade to its blueprint
- enjoy meeting new and old friends and forging creative relationships
- perform special Inka prayer ceremonies, called Haywareekwee
- locate, open and activate key energy centres in your body to connect with the elements of water, earth, fire, wind, moon and stars

The only prerequisite for entry is that you thoroughly read  The Fourth Level and practise the exercises or Nature Contemplations that it contains; these are also available as audio files to download and listen from www.thefourthlevel.org. You can find the book on Amazon but if you order directly from the website Elizabeth gives an extra $4 per book to the Q'ero Kids Education fund!

Programme
Since we are taking Great Nature as our teacher it is unlikely there will be a published programme to adhere to, but each day will include:
- group learning and discussion of Inka cosmology and practices
- exploring and engaging with nature beings outdoors
- solitary time for reflection and integration
- gratitude practices and ceremonies
- early morning stretching and QiGong
- evenings around the fire sharing music, or star-gazing on clear nights

The Inka Nature Wisdom Tradition
For a thousand years or more, men and women of the Qero Nation, high up in the Peruvian Andes, have lived in the most harmonious ways with the Living Energies of Nature. As descendants of the Inkas, these simple farmers and weavers have, through their extraordinary oral traditions, developed some of the most beautiful, powerful and effective ways of communing deeply with the natural world that survive on our planet today. Their techniques, ceremonies and rituals, honed and refined over centuries, can help us heal, not only as individuals, but as families, communities and even nations. The Inka cosmovision is both richly poetic and completely practical. Our chosen site in the heart of the Berwyn Mountains is the perfect place to immerse ourselves both in the most beautiful landscapes and in these life-changing teachings.

Elizabeth B Jenkins
Our guide and facilitator is one of the most authoritative and experienced teachers of the Inka Nature Wisdom Tradition alive today. The true story of her initiation nearly 30 years ago, is the stuff of legends and the subject of her bestselling and highly acclaimed book The Return of the Inka. She has since written three more hugely successful, entertaining and informative books about the Inka Tradition. As a licenced psychotherapist, organic farmer, mother and loving partner, Elizabeth brings the most amazing blend of energy, humour, wisdom and compassion to her teaching, not to mention riveting and jaw-dropping stories of her adventures with her spiritual brothers and sisters, god-sons and god-daughters of numerous Qero families and some of the greatest past and present masters of the Inka teachings.

Pistyll Rhaeadr in the Berwyn Mountains
Nestled between the English Border and Snowdonia, the waterfall valley of Pistyll Rhaeadr in North Wales is less than two hours from Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham and a straightforward, mostly motorway four hour drive from London. As you approach the Berwyn Mountains you begin to feel the magic of this still wild mountain range, with its characteristic rounded tops, breath-taking views, ancient woodlands, tarns and, of course, the longest and most stunning waterfall in the whole of Wales.  As you would expect, the place is steeped in Celtic history, Arthurian Legends, is said to have been a special meeting place of the original Druids and even has its very own Llandrhaeadr Dragon!

Our Venue
Our venue and the surrounding land has been carefully nurtured, honoured and protected for over twenty years by the most wonderful and charismatic guardian spirit: Phillip Facey. His powerful, loving spirit, enthusiasm and erudition in the legends of Pistyll Rhaeadr all help to make the space a truly blessed and sacred one.  He has hosted countless retreats on the land over many years and is a hugely experienced custodian.
To take us as deep as possible within a three day immersion in this magical and mystical land, we are very fortunate to have our own, private land, surrounded by the mountains, bordered by a beautiful stream and within a few minutes walk of the most powerful nature spirits: Pistyll Waterfall.  We will be embraced by the land, staying in very comfortable, well appointed, spacious shared Bell tent accommodation, complete with raised beds, all bedding, table lamps and fairy lights. Gift yourself the opportunity to unplug from the grid for 3 days as you attune instead to the vibrant resonance of Nature in this magical spot.
A central and spectacular feature is the large, bespoke marquee which will act as our meeting, teaching and ceremony space when we are not outside. This proximity to nature, under the stars, with the sounds of the waterfall and stream soothing and invigorating us in turn, will be the perfect context for our three day retreat (and what a treat it will be) with Elizabeth.

And to ensure we are all beautifully nourished throughout, we are extremely fortunate to have the most beautiful spirit of Nature, magical cook and sweet songstress Hannah Cowsill and her team cooking delicious meals for us morning, noon and evening.
