VIP Reception and Film Screening
Please join The Charles Allis Art Museum, The Friends of the Charles Allis, Ellenbecker Investment Group and Milwaukee area leaders in welcoming Salim Amin, Nairobi-based filmmaker and son of internationally acclaimed African documentarian Mohamed Amin, and Chip Duncan, Milwaukee's own award-winning photographer and filmmaker for a special reception and film screening at the Charles Allis Museum.
Following a social hour, guests will be treated to a screening of "The Sound Man," Mr. Duncan's documentary that recounts the extraordinary career of Kenyan sound engineer Absul Rachman and his work covering crisis zones across East Africa.
Brad Pruitt, executive director of America's Black Holocaust Museum, will moderate a discussion with Mr. Amin and Dr. Duncan following the film screening.
Hors d'oeuvres and open bar will be provided. Business casual attire. Cash Valet or street parking available.
