Old Time Radio Show at the Angel Theater
Come to the "Angel Theater" where "Gypsy Theatre Guild" will take you on a journey back to the days when families would gather around the radio and listen to their favorite shows "The Bickersons", "The Shadow" and "The Lone Ranger".
The actors read from scripts, there is little stage movement, and the LIVE sound effects are provided by a Foley artist just as was done in the old days. You will be invited to sit back, relax, close your eyes and experience the timeless allure of these wonderful Old Time Radio broadcasts.
Each performance will present all three of the historic radio shows shown above! At each show, you will be entertained by the thrilling adventures of The Lone Ranger, the hilarious comedy of The Bickersons and the drama and intrigue of The Shadow. There will be an intermission after presentation of the first two radio broadcasts.
