Donovan Moore Live at Musik Haus Studios
Singer-songwriter Donovan Moore picked up the guitar at age 12 and hasnt put it down since. Influenced by the diverse sounds of John Mayer, Jack Johnson, Old Crow Medicine Show, and the Brian Setzer Orchestra, Moores blend of folk pop music is at once moody and upbeat, introspective and optimistic. Now 18, Moore has become a prolific writer and performer, having played at organizations as prestigious as Philadelphias Barnes Foundation and as varied as Cooper Childrens Hospital. He got his start in professional music as a soprano with the Philadelphia Boys Choir, singing with the Philly Pops and at the Worlds Fair in Shanghai, China. Moores lyrics take inspiration from the outdoors where he spends time boating and hiking. Campfires, sunshine, birds, and beaches permeate his music and reference his southern New Jersey home.
