Once Upon a Hill with Stick in the Wheel and Haiku Salut at The Old Barn, Kelston Roundhill
"Britain's most exciting new folk band"* Stick in the Wheel headline at Once Upon a Hill, a day through to night musical event at The Old Barn, Kelston Roundhill on Saturday 4th August.
Other groups playing include multi-instrumentalist style hoppers Haiku Salut, Bath jazz favourites Greg Cordez Quintet and a new, folk tinged project from Madame Ceski (Sam Lee band), Ron Phelan and Spiro's Alex Vann: Rock of Eye. Doors open at 2 pm.
Apart from the main stage performances, there will be random acts of musical kindness, non-musical diversions, all day food and a cash bar. Anyone wishing to camp overnight may do so by prior arrangement (and by calling Craig on 07984 538917). There is parking on site.
The Old Barn is a repurposed Victorian threshing barn that sits 300 yards below the tuft of trees at the top of Kelston Roundhill and two miles west of Bath.
