Rob HiIl Band
The Rob Hill Band, formed in 2012 from Modesto Ca., is piano-based-original music that blends the traditional elements of Soul, Pop, Jazz, and Blues. Throughout the Central Valley they are know for there passionate live performances. In 2016 they won a Modesto Area Music Award in the Jazz & Blues category. The band creates it's unique sound by weaving together the incendiary guitar stylings of veteran musician and Newman native Mike Homen, with the classically trained bass lines and back up vocals of Charles Ryan, and the signature percussion of Ray Vazira on drums. The line-up centers around songwriter Rob Hill's vocals and piano.
