Mindfulness Hub - Deepening Your Practice
The evening led by monastics from Plum Village zen monastery featuring a talk, touching the earth and other practices.
The practice of Touching the Earth, also known as bowing deeply or prostrating, helps us return to the Earth and to our roots, and to recognize that we are not alone but connected to a whole stream of spiritual and blood ancestors. We touch the Earth to let go of the idea that we are separate and to remind us that we are the Earth and part of Life.
Who Should Attend
* The evening is suitable for those already having some experience of Thich Nhat Hanh's or similar traditions.
We have kept prices as low as possible. Please just pay what you can. If you can afford the upper rate that would be helpful.
This event is part of the Mindfulness Hub and is organised by Heart of London Sangha and Wake Up London
