Old House Fair

The 20th annual Old House Fair is South Park's historic home tour bringing together vintage home specialists, historic preservation enthusiasts, home owners and history lovers in celebration of the historic homes and character of our neighborhood. This year we celebrate South Park's newly designated historic district bounded by 28th Street to the west, Elm Street to the north, 31st Street to the east and A Street to the south.

Each year the Old House Fair Home Tour features five historic homes in the South Park neighborhood. With your ticket, you'll enjoy each home on the tour with docent-lead education and history. You may view the houses in any order you choose, and hop on and off the trolley with your tour ticket.

This year our tour will begin at the Rose Wine Bar, 2219 30th Street in South Park. Ticket booth and information will located on the patio space.

Inside the Rose, you can enjoy a mimosa and a curated selection of historic home preservation specialists, contractors and vendors who will be on hand to answer your questions and showcase renovation and restoration projects.

This year's event will also feature an architect-led bike tour of neighborhood homes built by notable architects both historic and modern. The bike tour begins Dutch, 1925 30th St, San Diego, CA 92102, in South Park.
