Join us for a five course dinner with wine pairings, as we welcome some of our favorite winemakers from Italy!
Ciro Picariello is one of the most respected winemakers in the high altitude of Avellino within the province of Campania. Working expressly with the native white grape varieties he makes some of the most energetic and long lived white wines in all of Italy. For the first time ever his two children, Bruno and Emma will be visiting the states to liaise these delicious wines.
This wine dinner will take place in flour+water's private dining space, The Test Kitchen. Guests will enjoy a five course tasting menu inspired by Ciro Picariello wines, along with wine pairings. Our Chef and guest wine makers will walk guests through their dining experience, discussing the regional aspects of both the cuisine and wines.
We will not be able to process refunds on any tickets purchased to the dinner.
