Joining Hands Benefit Concert
Pianists extraordinaire, Deborah Gilwood, Eugenie Malek, Estela Olevsky, and Meg Kelsey Wright will join hands to play classical works by Mozart, Dvorak, Rachmaninoff, Sousa, Poulenc, Gershwin, Piazzolla, and William Bolcom.
The pianists are donating their performances as a benefit concert for immigrants, and two programs which welcome and serve immigrants and refugees with language and cultural learning. For 30 years, free English classes at the International Language Institute (ILI) and Center for New Americans (CNA) have helped more than 5,000 motivated students advance and thrive in Pioneer Valley communities. All proceeds from the concert will support free English classes and support services at these two local non-profit organizations.
