ReTapped Rhythm & Blues
The ReTapped Rhythm & Blues Festival will kick of on Saturday, May 12th, with the gates opening at 12:00 (Noon) and music starting at 12:30 and finsihing at 10:30 pm. Our new location is the John Dam Plaza/HAPO Stage at 815 George Washington Way, Rickland, Washington. The featured acts will be the "Delgado Brothers" from Southern California; winners of the presitgious International Blues Challenge! Also on the playbill is Washington Blues Society Hall of Fame Band "Junkyard Jane"; who is entering into their third decade of performing together. Coming up from LaGrande, Oregon is the "Wasteland Kings"; a fan favorite from their frequent tours through Washington. The Coyote Kings with Tiphony Dames brings thier high energy music from Walla Walla! Shoot Jake, an up and coming band from Yakima will also bring their version of the "Blues" to the stage; these young musicians are really starting to make a name for themselves! And rounding out the playbill is a Tri-Cities favorite, "Bent On Blues" It will be a full day of music, with many featured beers and wines available for tasting and a select offering of food venders.
