An Eat Y'all Connect Dinner at Easy Bistro & Bar
Easy Bistro & Bar is pleased to announce a special Eat Yall CONNECT pop-up dinner on Sunday, April 29th. The CONNECT Dinner Series takes place in cities around the South and beyond with a mission of connecting the best Southern Grown & Made Ingredients with chefs and food-lovers everywhere. This will be the second dinner in a national pop-up series organized by Eat Yall and its partners.
Guests of the CONNECT dinner will experience a uniquely curated menu created specifically for the event by the two-time James Beard Award nominee, Chef Erik Niel. Chef Niel's three-course menu will highlight the freshest and most seasonal Southern ingredients available from local farmers and makers including Simmons Catfish, Two Brooks Rice, and Sequatchie Cove Creamery.
The evening will begin at 5:30pm with passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by dinner. Tickets are $95 per person (including gratuity). 5% of ticket sales will be donated to The Giving Kitchen, an organization dedicated to providing direct grants to members of the metro Atlanta restaurant community who are in financial need, to help cover cost of living expenses while they recover from an accident, unanticipated illness, or natural disaster.
