A spirited group of middle schoolers land in detention after protesting the name of their school, and defacing the statue of it's namesake, Rupert E. Hammerhead. The school is named after a (fictional) former president who enforced a racist and sexist agenda and didn't care about the environment.
While in detention, the kids sneak into the teachers' lounge on a mission to find popsicles, but they find so much more! A portal in the freezer takes them to a magical underground world full of dancing unicorns and charming naked mole rats. How will the kids take on the impossible mission of uniting their community and saving their school?
MIssion Possible is an original musical created in collaboration with professional writers, designers, directors and 200 CASA kids! Chock full of science, spies, and silliness, this sparkly dose of a brighter future is sure to put a smile on your face.
Help CASA celebrate 21 years of radical art making with SF youth!
