Join us for the 8th Annual "Mid Coast Altered Couture Contest" event Saturday, May 19th between 6-8pm, with doors opening @ 5pm.
This year's event features 24 Local Designers who have this year's challenge theme of "Culture Couture" a celebration of diversity! This is a playful, joyous, spirited event that celebrates our local creative communities and it's diverse talents. With an ever present focus on recyclable and re-purposed materials, Designers/Models will strut and work the runway sharing their hand crafted renderings.
Proceeds from this year's event will go to Mayo Street Arts; Mayo Street Arts mission is to strengthen its neighborhood and community by providing a vibrant, safe, and inspiring center for the arts, and to engage neighborhood youths of diverse cultural communities in quality learning experiences in the visual, performing, and literary arts.
This popular event sells out quickly, so get your tickets early for this year's Cultural event!
