Many of us collect things. What is it about finding, organizing, and displaying our collections that we find satisfying? Dr David Farrar is an Australian psychologist whose work has taken him around the world with some of the world's largest companies and organizations. His presentation will address some of the quirky history of collecting and provide an opportunity to explore your own desire to collect things. Understanding the psychology behind how and why we collect can help us live happier, healthier lives.
Space is limited, please reserve your tickets in advance. $10; $8 for museum members.
