Here are two great opportunities to enjoy a free puppet show and try your hand at making a puppet.
The shows and workshops are open to children of all ages, but designed for young children. July 15 features Lindsay and Her Puppet Pals. July 22 features Mudeye Puppets. Shows last 30 minutes and are preceded by a short workshop on making a simple puppet from recycled materials. Each show is restricted to a total of 50 people, including accompanying adults. Reservations are required.
These events are made possible through grants from the Waltham Cultural Council and the Watertown Cultural Council which receive funding from the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
