Anne Amie Family Wine Dinner!

Chef Joel and his team will prepare a four-course dinner, served family-style, to complement Anne Amie's signature Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Müller-Thurgau, and Pinot Blanc, poured by our own Sam Cote.

Sauteed mussels with spring onions white wine, pernod pommel frites
with turmeric mayonnaise

ROASTED PORK LOIN
Potatoes au gratin with brie, mustard greens, roasted garlic and pear chutney

SEARED DUCK BREAST
black cherry cola vin, warm kale salad, goat cheese,
Shiitake mushrooms,
sunflower seeds
