Theater Company of Lafayette Presents
5 Lesbians Eating A Quiche Directed by Ian Gerber
The award winning, Off-Broadway smash hit that has audiences coming back for more!
It's 1956 and The Susan B. Anthony Society for the Sisters of Gertrude Stein are hosting their annual quiche breakfast - and YOU'RE INVITED!
However, when Communists attack the US, our five widows are trapped in their newly renovated community center. Soon their concern for flowery hats and the idea that discussing sexuality is not proper gives way and hilarity ensues.
This interactive, witty, high stakes comedy romp is sure to warm your heart and make you burst out laughing.
The LESBIANS will be interacting with the audience to help set-up for the Quiche Breakfast about 20 minutes before curtain. Come early and you may get some free snacks for helping the ladies.
This laugh-out-loud comedy was the winner of the 2012 NYC International Fringe Festival, Best Overall Production and is written by Evan Linder and Andrew Hobgood. Includes a cast of five gifted women - Joan Harrold (Longmont), Monterey Hall (Louisville), Emily Hinteregger (Boulder), Kay Robbins (Thornton), and Jillian Price (Denver), and is directed by Ian Gerber.
Industry Night - May 14th @ 7:30pm ($10 Tickets!) Sunday Matinee - May 20th @ 2:00pm American Sign Language Interpreted Performance - May 26th @ 7:30pm
