No Bad Days
About the show:

No Bad Days takes you through the stinging journey of watching someone die while reminding you how wonderful each day can be, even if it's your worst one yet.

My dad was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in October 2014, and died in October 2015. This show describes the impossible process of saying goodbye while introducing you to his magical, eccentric spirit that has never left. We will cry. But my dad once sent me to school with fake poop to have fun in algebra so we will take breaks from crying as well. My dad always said that there were no bad days. So come, lets take what would be a bad month, a bad day, and make it into a good one.

As featured in Paste Magazine: "Alyssa Limperis is a NYC-based comedian who has mounted several installments of her one-woman play No Bad Days, about her experience losing her father to brain cancer. Somehow, its packed with jokes." It is a 45 minute show that is directed by May Wilkerson. It has been featured at the Providence Fringe Festival, the Cinderblock Festival, the PIT, AS220, Improv Boston and IRT Theater.

About the artist:

Alyssa is an actress, writer and comedian in NYC. She is one of two head comedy writers and comedic actresses for Condé Nast Entertainments, The Scene. She was recently selected as a featured creator for the Women in Comedy Program at YouTube. She has performed stand-up and improv both in NYC and on the road including in the Brooklyn Comedy Festival, the Del Close Marathon, Second Best Comedy Fest, Cinderblock Festival, New York Comedy Club and the Providence Fringe Festival. She is a voiceover and commercial actress with Paradigm Talent Agency. She has been featured on Last Week Tonight, MTV, NY Post, Elite Daily, Lifetime, Glamour, Vice and Paste Magazine. She is originally from Seekonk, MA and also has no idea where that is.
