B-Side Social w/ Lindsey Miller
The hip, new series, B-Side Social returns for 2018! We pushing back the tables in the Jazz Cave for fun, informal gatherings featuring up-and-coming artists in Nashville's continually growing jazz scene. With a lower ticket price -- $12 advance, $15 at the door -- and open seating, it makes for a great night.
For 2018 B-Side has a new night (Thursdays) and a new time: doors at 6:30, music at 7! Please join us Thursday, April 19 for guitarist Lindsey Miller.
Lindsey Miller is one of the most in-demand guitarists in town. We've been trying to schedule a B-Side performance with her for months, a challenge because of her busy tour schedule!
ABOUT LINDSEY: Growing up in Prairie Village, KS, Lindsey Miller picked up her first guitar at age ten. Although inspired by rock bands such as Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, and the Beatles, it was her discovery of hometown guitar hero Pat Metheny that initiated her into the world of jazz. Lindseys talent and ever growing interest in jazz improvisation earned her a scholarship to attend the University of North Texas where she earned a bachelors degree in Jazz Studies. In 2012, Lindsey relocated to Nashville, TN where she has quickly become a welcome addition to both the live and recording community.

For this performance Lindsey will be joined by an all-star band: Chris Walters (piano), David Williford (saxophone), Marcus Finnie (drums), and Jimmy Sullivan (bass)
Tickets for this performance are $12 advance and $15 at the door. Advance tickets will be available online through Brown Paper Tickets starting Monday, April 9. As with all NJW events, this is BYOB and BYOF.
