ROCK THE AGES CONCERT!
Rock the Ages, a dynamic chorus of seniors belts out a sizzling session of rock n roll.
With an average age of 87, these residents of The Redwoods retirement community have been rocking out at Bay Area venues since 2009. They have performed sold-out gigs at Sweetwater Music Hall and always draw a large crowd at CCMV. Their selections span five decades of rock n roll hits and the repertoire is always expanding. Expect to hear songs by the Rolling Stones, James Brown, the Ramones, Eurythmics, Pussy Cat Dolls, Coldplay and others.
Preceding these rocking seniors, we'll hear some youthful voices from Mill Valley. The Chamber Choir led by acclaimed Director Jessica Nicholson of the Mill Valley Middle School will show why they always win raves at their concert performances.
