From the CEO's Perspective
The upheavals of the last 18 months have created unprecedented challenges for leaders. We've seen CEOs from companies of all sizes speak up as leaders and speak out as citizens. The highly-charged issues range from immigration, racism, sexual harassment and gun control and are magnified by the rapid dissemination of real, fake and moment-to-moment-changing news, as well as being amplified by social media. This is such a broad and important issue, it will be the focus of both CEO forums this year.
Join us for conversations with several of the northwest's most influential leaders to hear how they are adapting their thinking and leadership to the challenging times in which we live. How they have and continue to reassure employees who are concerned for their safety, and keep themselves and others engaged and motivated despite the play-by-play of revolving door headlines and tweets that affect us all.
