[class description] Aerial Yoga draws from the alignment and techniques of yoga, using a low hanging, wide Aerial Sling to aid in moving through traditional yoga postures. The Yoga Hammock helps to decompress the spine and mitigate joint stress in the body. The weightless aspect of these classes assist in allowing you to access a wider range of movement, moving through poses that would otherwise be restricted.
The benefits of Aerial Yoga include, increased muscular flexibility, joint mobility, low impact cardiovascular conditioning and realignment of the spine with a central focus of targeting the muscles of the core.
Booking is essential as the class has limited spaces.
