Passages
Lesbian/Gay Chorus of San Francisco, Lick-Wilmerding High School Vocal Ensemble, and University of San Francisco Chamber Singers present Passages, a one-night-only musical exploration of different stages of life featuring a massed choir performance of Bob Cohens masterwork Alzheimers Stories. LGCSF will sing selections from San Francisco composer Kirke Mechems charming Birthdays: Round Numbers, the California premier of Steve Goodwins Melancholy Flower, and audience favorite Pasek and Paul's You Will Be Found. This concert will help raise funds for Openhouse which exists to serve the unique needs of San Franciscos LGBTQ Senior community by creating opportunities for LGBTQ older adults to make social connections, build community, and access LGBT-welcoming resources.
