Miyasaka Sake Pairing Dinner Course Event
A $40 deposit + tax will be at the time of reservation. At the event, a final $40 will be charged and tax and 20% gratuity will be added on your check.
The events dinner will include meat, seafood, and vegetable dishes. Due to the amount of preparation and coordination for the event we will not offer any substitutions, however we will honor any modification requests to accommodate allergies.
Please include any special seating requests you may have with other parties that you wish to share a table with.
Meal: 4 Course meal plus a dessert, each course comes with a specialty selected sake from Miyasaka Brewery 2oz pour. We also welcome refills but it will be charged.

1st course - Spring Mountains Veggie Plate Lady fern & Fiddleheads Goma-ae
2nd course - Shime Saba Masterd Green Salad yellow pepper vinaigrette
3rd course - NW Seaffod Wafu Risotto
king carb, Sockeye Salmon, and Salmon Egg AK, Giant Octopus and Spot Prawns NW, Hokkaido Scallop
4th course - Hokkaido Style Lamb chop
Green Asparagus, Fingerling, Zin gis kahn sauce
Dessert Daigaku imo, caramelized deep fried sweet potato, vanilla ice cream, cinamon
