This workshop creates traditional Japanese Moss Balls (Japanese: Kokedama) which are balls of soil that are covered in moss and hold an ornamental plant. Kokedama are just as beautiful to look at as they are fun to make, and they thrive indoors. They are perfect for small apartments or for creating a decorative beautiful floating garden.
The workshop will be instructed by a horticulturalist and floral stylist with twenty plus years of experience, EunYoung Sebazco. Everyone will make two Kokedama plantings to take home at the end of the session.
Date: Sunday, April 29 Time: 1 - 3PM Ticket Price: $60
*Admission to UNDERSTORY is free with the purchase of a workshop ticket.
